Nurse-First:
POV Series

At Smart’n, we believe the most trusted voices in nursing are nurses themselves. Nurse-First: POV Series is a spotlight on the thoughts, truths, and lived experiences of our nurses. This series brings authentic, unfiltered perspectives from those on the frontlines. It's part of our commitment to always put nurses first, supporting them at every step of their journey, and building Smart’n in partnership with, and for, the community it serves.

Care starts with a Nurse.

Meet our Nurse-First team, who blend their deep clinical experience with personal insight to design smarter, more human-centered healthcare solutions. With a focus on safely and ethically integrating AI models into practice, they’re helping shape a future where technology supports care—not replaces it.
