About the Role

You will serve as a face and voice of Smart'n within the nursing community, building meaningful connections with nurses and championing the platform’s mission to empower and support their professional journeys. This role focuses on fostering trust and engagement through advocacy, education, and relationship-building. As a community leader, you will amplify Smart'n message across various channels, facilitate meaningful conversations, and create a vibrant network of nurses who rely on Smart'n for guidance and support.

About You

You are a change agent, with a passion for improving the nursing profession with the following qualifications:

  • Active nursing license with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.

  • Passion for community building and improving the nursing profession.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically and empathetically with nurses.

  • Experience using social media platforms and digital tools to engage with online communities.

  • Comfort with public speaking and presenting at webinars or events.

  • Familiarity with content creation tools and platforms.

  • Experience with advocacy or community engagement in professional organizations or groups.

Responsibilities

This is a part-time role with flexible hours, requiring a commitment of 10-15 hours per week.  

Community Building and Engagement:

  • Cultivate relationships with nurses across diverse roles and settings to create a supportive and engaged community.

  • Act as a liaison between the nursing community and Smart'n, gathering feedback, insights, and suggestions.

  • Participate in forums, webinars, conferences, and events to represent and promote Smart'n.

Advocacy and Promotion:

  • Share Smart'n’s mission, value, and features with nurses in your network and beyond.

  • Leverage social media platforms to foster conversations and generate awareness about Smart'n

  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns to create authentic, nurse-centric messaging that resonates with the target audience.

Content Contribution:

  • Create authentic and inspiring stories, blogs, vlogs, and social media posts that reflect the voice and experiences of nurses.

Education and Training:

  • Facilitate training sessions and webinars to help nurses effectively use Smart'n’s tools and features.

  • Offer guidance to help new users onboard and maximize the platform's benefits.

Feedback and Insights:

  • Actively listen to the needs and challenges of the nursing community to inform product development and improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community feedback translates into actionable product enhancements.

Compensation

Compensation details will be shared during the selection process, with an hourly rate that is commensurate with or exceeds nursing norms.
