How does the Jobs program work?

Smart’n Jobs is designed to find you the ideal job opportunity aligned to your unique needs. All you have to do is answer a few questions to build your profile, and our AI will begin searching for a match by analyzing your skills, experience, values and priorities against our partners’ job openings. 

Once a match is found, a member of our nursing team will notify you and set up a consultation to share more details about the position and the employer.  If there's a good fit and you declare your interest, we'll connect you with the employer.

How long do I have to wait before finding a match?

Job matching is based on several factors, including your certifications, skills, experience, preferences, values and location. While there are always job vacancies, our goal is to showcase jobs that are right for you. This will ensure you work in an environment that meets your needs at this stage of your career. 

How can I change my profile preferences?

You can review or edit your profile on the Jobs tab at any time by clicking Update My Profile.

Will my profile and resume be shared with employers?

When you submit your profile, this initiates the job matching process on our end. Your profile and resume will never be shared with employers unless you direct us to do so. 

How will you notify me of a match?

As soon as we find a match, a member of our nursing team will notify you via your preferred method of contact, as indicated to us in your profile,  either by email or text message. 

What happens after I am matched?

Once a match has been found, a member of our team will reach out to you to book a consultation and to give you more information about the opportunity.
